2005 Resolution: Kiss Mortgage Goodbye
Every January, people across the world commit to a whole new array of New Year's Resolutions. The top three resolutions, in order, are to lose weight, save (or earn) more money and, to stop smoking. More than 50 percent of Americans won't make it past the first eight weeks of the New Year before going back to their habits.
But, if saying goodbye to your mortgage well ahead of schedule sounds tempting, then 2005 just might be your year. Starting January 19, Mortgage Free Americans (MFA) will start teaching Honolulu property owners a relatively unknown tactic to shave years off their mortgages. The free classes are not about refinancing or biweekly payment plans.
"We're basically giving away a proven, step-by-step strategy to methodically reduce mortgage interest costs," said Co-Founder of Mortgage Free Americans Walter Peters.
"We've perfected a cash flow idea, used successfully for years in other countries, that allows people to break free of their mortgages years ahead of schedule," he said. "People can walk away after the class, take our free information, start using our tips, and never talk to us again."
Seating is limited to the first 50 respondents, and there is a waiting list for those who are unable to register in time for the immediate upcoming class.
