Abe Lee Realty Gives Away Thousands to Local Schools
11/9/2007 HONOLULU, HI
A Good Neighbor:
When Abe Lee Realty comes into a neighborhood, the mantra is always the same: "Respect this Community."
Its most most recent project at 2765 Kapiolani is no exception. Abe Lee recently converted the apartments into individual fee simple condos. The best part is that the project is highly affordable. Many first time home buyers are moving into the building and enjoying in-town living at reasonable prices not seen in Honolulu for years.
As a gift to the public schools in that neighborhood, Abe Lee Realty gave away $3,000 -- $1,000 for each of the three schools pictured below. Many Hawaii residents who will be moving into the newly converted condo building will send their children to these schools. "We know how many challenges our local schools have," said Abe Lee, principal broker of Abe Lee Realty. "My agents and I believe it's everyone's job -- not just the schools -- to support education. This is one way we could show our respect for this community and acknowledge the schools' hard work."
