25% Contribution to Your Charity

For every referral that you give to Abe Lee Realty that ends up in a sale or purchase of real estate, Abe Lee Realty will donate 25% of the commission that Abe Lee Realty (usually 3%) receives to your charity.

Qualifying organizations are any IRS recognized nonprofits.

The referral from your organization must be made to Abe Lee Realty and the transaction must close and Abe Lee Realty must be paid the real estate commission for your organization to receive the donation.

All you need to do is to let your members know that if they buy or sell real estate, they can help raise much needed funds for your organization by referring the business to Abe Lee Realty. When a transaction closes, we will send a donation check for 25% of the commission that was paid to Abe Lee Realty.

For example if the transaction price was $300,000 and our commission was 3%, Abe Lee Realty would receive $9,000 of which the charity would receive a $2,250 donation. A few transactions a year could net thousands of dollars in donations from Abe Lee Realty.
